The fastest way to reach us. Join the server and open a ticket, or message a moderator directly — most questions are answered there within the hour.
Join the DiscordSomething broken on the site? Send it through the Report a Bug button in the footer, or post it in Discord with a screenshot and the page you were on.
Partnerships, sponsorships and anything commercial: message a team administrator directly on Discord rather than opening a public ticket.
We aim to reply within 24 hours. If it concerns account security or a reward that has not landed, say so up front and it gets picked up first.
Wagers, payouts and account issues on Stake itself are handled by Stake support, not by us. We can only see what their affiliate API reports for code OSCARG.
